About the role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to Nuclear Services organization with a sales focus to nuclear newbuild services.
As the Sales Manager, Newbuild, you will focus on marketing and sales of Fortum´s Nuclear Services offering for our nuclear newbuild customers. The role includes marketing, sales and customer management activities, such as
-
Preparing and conducting marketing events.

Customer relationship management and customer contacting.

Sales lead and opportunity development.
-
Tender preparations e.g. in a role of bid manager.

Contract negotiation activities and customer portfolio management (ensuring up-to-date project reporting, invoicing and forecasting).
About you
We expect you to be motivated, cooperative and sales-minded person with good understanding on nuclear industry, B2B service business and sales, and project implementation. You are capable of strategic thinking and are able to develop our business holistically in long-term perspective taking into account demands of internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Excellent communication and networking skills in international business environment.

Customer centric view.

Willingness to travel and work in an international community are essential characteristics to success in this role.

Working experience at least 3-5 years on energy industry and/or B2B sales (experience and knowhow on nuclear industry is counted as a clear advantage).

A suitable bachelor or university level degree on technology or economics.

Fluency in English, additionally all other language skills are highly appreciated.

Understanding of European newbuild nuclear sector (a clear advantage)

Experience or training in nuclear sector, as the role includes sales and customer relationship activities in nuclear sector.
