Manager, Operational Business and Process Development

We are looking for a Manager, Operational Business and Process Development to join our Corporate Customers and Markets (CCM) Department in Solna, Sweden or Espoo, Finland.
About the role
This is a unique opportunity to shape how Corporate Customers and Markets operate in the future. You will sit at the center of business, technology, and transformation—driving high-impact initiatives that directly influence trading performance and operational excellence across CCM.
As Manager, CCM Operational Business and Process Development, you will lead the Operational Business and Process Development team within CCM, driving the development and transition of physical and financial trading systems and processes into next-generation solutions. Your responsibility is to ensure development initiatives are resourced and delivered according to set prioritization. You will play a key role in evolving project execution, developing end-to-end processes, driving change and steering for optimization of value through put.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and engage the team, fostering a high-performing culture and a positive working environment.
- Drive talent development by setting clear goals, providing direction, and supporting individual and team growth.
- Oversee balanced resource planning and allocation for development projects, ensuring delivery in line with CCM priorities.
- Actively participate in CCM development governance and steering committees.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders, IT, operations, and other teams to remove blockers and enable progress
- Promote continuous improvement and change leadership in processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Contribute to the transformation and incremental improvement of CCM’s development concepts and processes, supporting operational excellence and transformation goals.
About you
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and delivering complex projects, with change management experience considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in business/process development and stakeholder management.
- Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
