Lead Low-Code Developer

About the role 

IT drives digitalization at Fortum, enabling smart solutions for customers, improved asset and trading productivity, and new data driven business models. The organization brings together technical and digital competences and solutions to help optimize Fortum’s entire value chain, create excellent customer experiences and drive new sources of revenue. We are facing growing interest in exploring low-code and Gen AI solutions to solve business challenges. We primarily use the Microsoft Power Platform. This emerging digitalization opportunity needs someone capable of leading, promoting and developing this competence area further. In this role, you will drive our low-code development to the next level. 

You are an inspiring technology advocate, and you can bring together business, design, data and emerging technologies to create innovative solutions. You like working cross-functionally in a fast-moving international environment. You have excellent communication skills, a keen sense of responsibility and you enjoy building sustainable services and solutions. You will be part of our international multidisciplinary development team. This position can be in Espoo, Finland or in Wroclaw, Poland. 

What we are looking for when it comes to your background 

• 5+ years of experience with Power Platform 

• 3+ years in leadership roles: Tech lead, digital transformation lead or Center of Excellence development lead 

• Strong understanding of Power Platform, Microsoft 365 and Azure 

• Familiarity with Power Platform application lifecycle management and governance 

• Experience of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse 

• Hands-on development experience of agents, applications and workflows 

• Power Platform governance and security (DLP policies, role-based security, environment strategies etc.) 

• Customer-centric mindset and business-oriented approach 

• Outgoing and excellent communication skills 

• Experience in community building 

In addition, we will value these experiences greatly  

• Relevant certifications 

• Coaching and mentoring skills 

• Azure (for example Azure AI Foundry, Logic Apps or Functions) 

• RPA experience 

• Integration design and implementation  

• Data management, databases, data engineering, Power BI 

• Programming (like C#, Python, JavaScript, React, TypeScript)
