We are looking for a motivated and curious Junior Business Analyst to join our Nordic analytics team. This is an excellent opportunity to build your analytics career in a dynamic and commercially driven environment. You will work closely with experienced analysts, supporting both advanced technical development and business-focused analysis. By delivering insights and reporting solutions, you will contribute to smarter decision-making and improved performance across the B2B organization.
In this role, you will collaborate with our Senior Business Analyst specializing in Power BI development and data modeling, as well as provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support to the B2B business units. You will help ensure data is accessible, reliable, and user-friendly, while gaining hands-on experience with modern analytics tools and processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within performance analytics, with close mentorship from senior colleagues. The position is part of a Nordic team of six people and reports to the Senior Manager, Business Development Enterprise Customers.
Responsibility areas:
- Support the development and maintenance of automated, user-friendly Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Assist in managing and improving data models, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to answer business questions and support decision-making in the B2B units.
- Work with senior team members to translate business needs into analytical tasks and solutions.
- Provide guidance and training to end-users in Power BI usage, supporting data literacy and adoption.
- Participate in team projects, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvements of analytics processes.

About you:
- Higher relevant education in economics, technology, data science, or related field.
- Some experience with data analysis, reporting, or visualization (internships, student projects, or work experience).
- Basic knowledge of Power BI and a strong willingness to develop advanced skills.
- Interest in learning data modeling, visualization, and business analysis.
- Familiarity with SQL and working with data warehouses/data lakes is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is advantageous.
