About the role
Wind & Solar IT, Innovation & PMO (Project Management Office) team creates organizational efficiency and competitive advantage for the business by implementing and continuously improving industry leading digital tools, core business processes and ways of working.
We are looking for Digitalization Coordinator to join the Team. In this position you spearhead digitalization in Wind & Solar business by identifying, evaluating and supporting adoption of digital technologies for project development, construction and operation of wind, solar and hybrid power plants. As a member of IT, Innovation & PMO team, you also have an important role in shaping the future of IT function.
Main responsibility areas include
- Generating insights on relevant existing and emerging digital technologies, technology suppliers, technology market developments and trends.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to find valuable use cases for digital technologies.
- Initiating and leading trials of new digital technologies. Creating and validating business cases for digital applications.
- Ensuring smooth transition of digital technologies from trial phase to development/procurement, implementation and operation.
- Managing portfolio of digital initiatives aligned with business strategy.
About you

- You know how to get stakeholder buy-in for new digital technologies and ways of working
- You can work in systematic and structured way but also have skills for creative thinking
- You can deal with uncertainty
- You're comfortable working independently
- Given the collaborative nature of this role, excellent networking, stakeholder management and communication skills are crucial
About your skills and experience
- A master's degree in computer science, digital innovation, AI, information technology or other relevant area
- Experience on facilitating successful adoption of digital technologies in business organizations
- Experience on exploring use cases and building business cases for digital technology applications
- Knowledge and experience on renewable energy and AI technologies is an advantage
- Good change management skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional language skills, especially Finnish or Swedish, are highly valued
