About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for boosting the overall digitalisation level and hands on use of AI in the Heating & Cooling Nordics business, covering customers (sales and marketing), operations and maintenance, production and projects/product development. The role bridges business, data and IT and is accountable for turning use cases into real business solutions.
This position can be located in Espoo, Finland or Solna, Sweden.
You will:
- Drive and own the Heating & Cooling Nordics digital and AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Identify and prioritize digital and AI initiatives across the value chain, translating business needs into clear requirements for delivery teams.
- Deliver solutions hands-on by prototyping, configuring, and co-developing with IT, data teams and business stakeholders.
- Develop and operationalize AI use cases in close collaboration with production experts, ensuring readiness for real operations.
- Work closely with our data manager and data experts by ensuring data availability, quality, and governance as a foundation for AI, with understanding of key systems (e.g. OT/SCADA, CMMS, ERP).
- Act as the unifying link across business and enabling functions (IT, data, procurement, finance), supporting responsible managers and ensuring scalable and compliant solutions.
- Track and realize business value from initiatives by defining KPIs, building cases, and driving continuous improvement.
- Lead change and capability building by embedding tools into daily work and promoting a data-driven culture.
- Stay on top of digital and AI trends in the energy sector and drive pilots with clear paths to scale.
About you
To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you bring:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end digital/AI initiatives in operational environments; product ownership or project leadership experience is a must.
- Solid hands-on skills in data and analytics (e.g. BI/dashboarding), with understanding of data integration (APIs, ETL/ELT) and industrial systems (e.g. OT/SCADA, CMMS, ERP).
- Experience deploying analytics/AI to production (e.g. MLOps, CI/CD, containerization) and familiarity with cloud data/AI services is a plus. Ability to prototype solutions with IT/data teams is highly valued.
- Fluent skills in English. Finnish or Swedish skills will be considered an advantage.
As a person, you bring strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business, operations, data, and IT. You can translate needs into clear requirements, priorities, and KPIs, and collaborate effectively with experts, managers and central enabling functions. You are hands-on and possess strong change leadership capabilities - driving training, communication, and embedding tools into daily routines. Additionally, you apply a structured approach to business cases, value tracking, and benefits realization.
