About The Role

We are looking for a Development Manager for Source to Pay process area, to join Fortum’s Financial and Operational Procurement Services. You are responsible for a wide variety of development initiatives related to our key capabilities (processes, systems and way of working). Part of your role is identifying, planning and executing development projects as well as implementing the S2P roadmap. You are working with a team of S2P experts. In your daily work, you collaborate closely with procurement, IT, finance, business functions and external stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Successful implementation of the S2P strategic projects according to roadmap
• Development of global Source-to-Pay process area
• End-to-end process efficiency improvement
• Leading the change – ensuring cross-functional collaboration, adaptation, communication and teach-in
• Sharing best practices in own process area with the capability to challenge existing ways of working
• Responsible for process excellence, tools, compliance, controls and policies with a set of KPIs
• Master Data management in the S2P area, including supplier master data, financial data and data for operational procurement
• Managing the S2P system landscape together with the stakeholders (procurement, finance and group IT)
• Provide support to end-users in defined areas including communications, training and innovative learning models
• Acting as a key user for selected S2P solutions

About you
You have a suitable Master's / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent competencies in e.g. economics or technology and 5+ years of working experience in a relevant field (e.g. consulting, procurement, finance, development and/or project management).

You have a good understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and technologies and the capability to match them with company priorities. You have a proven track record of driving process improvements, master data management or implementation projects with measurable impact. 
 

You are a self-driven person with strong analytical skills and end-to-end process thinking, and you seek best practices and opportunities for improvement. Strong influencing and communications skills help you to get the message through at all organisational levels. Getting things done is your priority – you can plan high and execute in sprints. 
 

You speak and write excellent English. Finnish is an asset.

We are looking for a new team member in Espoo, but we work flexibly in a hybrid model that adapts to both your professional and personal needs. The position includes some travelling.
