About the role
Here you will design, build, and continuously improve data engineering solutions that enable reliable analytics, faster insight generation, and data‑driven decision‑making across the business.
In this role, your task will include but not be limited to:
- Provide contribution to the design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise‑scale data platforms
- Together with the team design, implement, and support key datasets that provide structured and timely access to actionable insights in various topics, such strategic and operational KPIs, competence, quality and training data, consumption and revenue margin, customer interactions, digital engagement, customer feedback, and much more.
- Monitor existing metrics and data quality, analyze data, and lead improvements together with stakeholder teams.
- Orchestrate multi-task data workflows with parameterized, multi-brand execution and conditional logic for country-specific processing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data platforms through well‑researched and practical solutions.
- Collaborate with business units, analysts, other data engineering teams and source system teams to translate business needs into reliable, well-documented data models.
About you
You’re a data engineering professional with a passion for building excellent analytical data solutions to facilitate data-driven decision-making. To excel in this role, you are expected to have:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science or another relevant field.
- Hands-on data engineering experience with Databricks (PySpark, Spark SQL, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog) and Azure or similar platforms.
- Experience building analytical data models based on the needs of stakeholders, and your own innovations and insights.
- Interest in utilizing AI agents and tools to accelerate development work.
- Good knowledge of Git version control and CI/CD for data pipelines.
- Good language skills, being able to express yourself verbally in English is a must, other Nordic language is considered a great asset.
- Proactive and independent problem-solver attitude with willingness to learn and share knowledge to others.

We offer a hybrid work model to support your productivity; you are expected to be at the office two to three times a week.
