Continous Improvement Lead

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to lead our Record-to-Report (R2R) continuous improvement portfolio. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for process optimization and driving impactful change across Finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the R2R continuous improvement portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Conduct in-depth reviews of existing processes to uncover inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, including thorough documentation.
- Ensure all processes adhere to industry best practices and compliance requirements.
- Drive the design and implementation of standardized, optimized solutions in close collaboration with Finance teams.
- Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement by acting as a change agent across teams.
- Provide training, coaching, and support on continuous improvement methodologies and tools to team members and stakeholders
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in continuous improvement or process optimization roles, preferably within Finance or Record-to-Report (R2R) environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in leading and delivering multiple initiatives within the R2R portfolio.
- Deep expertise in R2R processes, with a strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with technology enablement, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI-driven reconciliation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a performance- and development-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
