Continous Improvement Lead ‎

Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to lead our Record-to-Report (R2R) continuous improvement portfolio. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for process optimization and driving impactful change across Finance operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the R2R continuous improvement portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Conduct in-depth reviews of existing processes to uncover inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, including thorough documentation.
  • Ensure all processes adhere to industry best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Drive the design and implementation of standardized, optimized solutions in close collaboration with Finance teams.
  • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement by acting as a change agent across teams.
  • Provide training, coaching, and support on continuous improvement methodologies and tools to team members and stakeholders

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in continuous improvement or process optimization roles, preferably within Finance or Record-to-Report (R2R) environments.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and delivering multiple initiatives within the R2R portfolio.
  • Deep expertise in R2R processes, with a strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with technology enablement, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI-driven reconciliation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a performance- and development-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
