About the role
Drive transformative commercial initiatives, projects and experiments with the focus on exploring and improving Customer success operations (sales and customer service) to deliver exceptional customer experiences and continuous growth within our Nordic consumer business.
In this role you will
- Design, lead and validate commercial experiments, projects and events to improve sales and service operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Assess market research, analysis and offering development initiatives to identify and explore commercial opportunities
- Utilize data-driven insights and key performance indicators to assess project/operations performance, identify areas for enhancement, and drive decision-making to optimize commercial operations.
- Contribute to organizational change and transformation. Championing a culture of experimentation, adaptability, and continuous learning to foster a dynamic and innovative commercial development environment
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer service and product development, to ensure the seamless integration of Agile principles into all aspects of the commercial development process
- Be an active and strategically contributing leadership team member in the Customer Success team e.g. driving business planning and initiative portfolio.
About you
You have
- +5 years proven track record in commercial development, with a focus on implementing Agile methodologies such as Lean start-up and design thinking.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and fostering collaboration at all levels of the organization.
- Previous experience in a management consulting role or similar capacity in a global environment is highly advantageous.
- Good capabilities in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required.
- Willingness to travel, since it’s required to meet up with all our people on a regular basis at all our campuses in the Nordics.
- Fluency in English is required.
