Commercial Product Manager

We are looking for a Commercial Product Manager to join our Product Management team, focused on large corporate customers. In this role, you will play a key part in translating deep industry expertise into customer-focused products and services that create measurable value.

As part of our commercial organization, you will work closely with industry experts, sales teams, and customers to define, position, and develop solutions within areas such as Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), flexibility solutions, and holistic energy management.

About the role

• Drive the commercialization and productization of energy solutions for large corporate customers.
• Bridge the gap between technical and industry experts, sales teams, and customers.
• Translate customer needs into clear value propositions, product offerings, and commercial concepts.
• Support sales activities through customer discussions, presentations, and pre-sales engagements.
• Develop compelling product narratives that clearly communicate customer value and business impact.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure successful product development and market adoption.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to continuously improve our offering portfolio.
  
   

About you

• Strong customer orientation and passion for solving customer challenges.
• Proven experience in product management and commercialization.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, solution consulting, or commercial roles.
• Understanding of the energy industry and its evolving market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate them effectively to different audiences.
• Structured, organized, and capable of driving multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Fluent English. Finnish or Swedish are considered as an advantage.
