Commercial Product Manager

We are now looking for a Commercial Product Manager to join us in shaping the future of sustainable heating and cooling solutions in the Nordics!

About the Role

In this new position, you will be responsible for creating a product strategy for our heating-as-a-service product. You will work closely with customer segmentation and market surveys to ensure that the strategy aligns with our Nordic business plan.

 

As a Commercial Product Manager, you will develop our offering through a customer-centric product development process. You will collaborate with our customer experience designers and business development and analysis teams, making a significant impact on our business value propositions and sales playbook requirements.

 

Responsibilities in this role:

  • Create and maintain our market-based product strategy
  • Ensure that our offering delivers business unit’s value proposition to our customers
  • Lead product development projects according to our customer-centric development process
  • Create product specifications and product presentation material for our sales process

About You

To succeed in this role, you would have:

  • Experience in customer-centric product development processes e.g. design thinking
  • Experience in product management and product strategy creation in B2B
  • Value selling and product marketing skills
  • Excellent presentation, communication and project management skills
  • Excellent English and Finnish
