Change Management Lead

About the role 

The Finance organisation is embarking on an exciting transformation journey. With a clear target state for Finance operations in sight, we are now at the implementation stage, poised to modernise how we operate. To ensure the success of this transformation, we are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead. This pivotal role will oversee all change management activities for our Finance Development projects. The ideal candidate will have the chance to shape the future of our Finance operations, drive impactful changes, and be at the forefront of our organizational development.
 

Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

• Leading the change within the organization and creating the change management plan 

• Designing, developing, and implementing change management activities 

• Ensuring desired effects and successful implementation through systematic measurement of outcomes 

• Facilitating successful internal communication and stakeholder management throughout the development projects 

• In the future you may also lead a small change management team 

You will report directly to Director, Finance Development. All while you collaborate closely with communications and other functions outside the finance organisation. 

In this role we are looking for a new team member to join us in our corporate head office in Espoo, there we work in a hybrid model and the team is present at the office 2-3 times a week.
 
About you 
You have an extensive track record in managing and implementing successful change management plans in large organizations. You have a solid understanding of various change management frameworks and how to apply them in practice to navigate complex organizational transitions effectively. You have a strategic and systematic approach, and exceptional ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and buy-in throughout projects. You follow up and ensure the desired impact in the organization.  

Other things you have in order to succeed in this role: 

• Extensive experience leading change in large transformation programs and creating impactful outcomes 

• Strong understanding of the theoretical foundation and practical application of change management frameworks 

• Strong track record of successfully implementing and measuring the success of change management plans, delivering tangible results 

• Leadership experience and people development skills 

• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills 

• Understanding of Finance processes is an advantage

• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English. Speaking Finnish is considered a merit.
