About the role
We are now looking for a Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to the Corporate Customer & Markets - leaders. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation and be part of a collaborative assistant community that supports smooth day-to-day operations. This is a temporary role covers a leave of absence and will run until end of January 2027, with the possibility of an extension. It will be placed either in Espoo or Solna, depending on the selected candidate.
Administrative support:
- Manage daily administrative tasks for the assigned CCM leader, including calendar coordination, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and expense handling.
- Handle documentation, communication flow, and maintenance of relevant materials.
Coordination & collaboration:
- Support task followups and minor project logistics.
- Work closely with the CCM assistant community to align on common practices, coordinate joint tasks, and support smooth information sharing.
Stakeholder interaction:
- Maintain proactive, respectful, and responsive communication with supported leaders and stakeholders across the organisation.
- Participate in team alignment and contribute to a positive team culture.
Additional information
- Flexible working is possible in line with Fortum policies and team agreements.
- The role involves handling internal purchases, travel bookings, and expense claims in accordance with Fortum guidelines.
About you
- Previous experience of work in an assistant role or other relevant role.
- Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, ideally in an international organization.
- Strong organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills.
- A self-driven and solution-oriented approach with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work professionally with multiple stakeholders.
- High commitment to Fortum’s values and ways of working.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must-have to thrive in this role. Knowledge in Nordic languages is considered a plus.
